Find the right size in 30 seconds
Not sure whether you need a half gallon, gallon, or bigger? Here's what actually fits in each size.
64 oz / Half Gallon
The everyday pantry size. Holds a standard bag of coffee beans, 4 lbs of sugar, a box of pasta, or a half-gallon batch of sun tea or kombucha. Fits any shelf, including refrigerator shelves. Start here if you're organizing a pantry.
1 Gallon
Our most popular size. Holds a full 5 lb bag of flour or sugar with room to spare, a month of rice, or a full gallon ferment of pickles, kraut, or kombucha. The counter workhorse.
1.5 – 2 Gallon
Bulk territory. A 2-gallon jar swallows a 10 lb flour bag, family-size snack supplies, or big-batch ferments. Great for households that shop at warehouse clubs.
2.5 Gallon+
The statement size — XL cookie jars, bulk pet treats, laundry pods for a big family, or commercial back-of-house storage.
Beverage Dispensers
1 gallon serves about 16 glasses — right for family dinners. 1.5–2 gallons covers a party. 2.5–5 gallons is for events, offices, and all-day stations where you fill once and pour all day.

Metal lids — airtight, classic, dishwasher-friendly. Wooden lids — airtight with silicone gasket, warm look for open shelving. Swing-top clamp lids — one-flip airtight seal, the fermenter's favorite. Plastic lids — lightweight, color-codable, budget-friendly.
