Glass is fragile. Our promise isn't.
We sell big, heavy glass and ship it across the country — and we've gotten very good at it. Every jar, bottle, and dispenser leaves our New Jersey warehouse in protective packaging designed specifically for glass. The overwhelming majority of orders arrive flawless.
But carriers drop boxes. So here's the deal, in plain English:
If it arrives broken, we replace it free. Period.
- Chipped, cracked, or shattered in transit? Email support@kitchentoolz.com with your order number and a photo.
- We ship a free replacement. No charge, no arguing, no "restocking fee."
- Nothing to send back. Don't box up broken glass — recycle it safely and let us handle the rest.
That's the whole process. One email, one photo, replacement on the way — usually within one business day.
Why we can promise this
We're a family-run business, not a marketplace seller hiding behind a storefront. We pack our own products, we answer our own emails, and we've shipped glass to hundreds of thousands of kitchens across Amazon and kitchentoolz.com. When packaging is done right, breakage is rare — rare enough that we'd rather eat the occasional replacement than have you hesitate at checkout.
The fine print (there's barely any)
Report transit damage within 30 days of delivery with a photo — that's it. For everything else, our standard 30-day return policy applies: unused items in original packaging, full refund.
