How is glass shipped safely? Every jar and bottle ships in custom protective packaging designed specifically for glass. And if anything arrives damaged, The Kitchentoolz Promise applies: email a photo and we replace it free — no return shipping, no restocking fee, no arguing.

How fast do orders ship? Most orders ship within 1 business day from US fulfillment centers.

Products

Are your jars really made in the USA? Many are — look for the Made in USA badge on the product page, or shop the Made in USA collection.

Are the lids airtight? Yes — metal, wooden, and swing-top lids all seal airtight with food-grade liners or silicone gaskets. Plastic lids are foam-lined and leak-resistant.

Are the jars dishwasher safe? The glass is dishwasher safe. We recommend hand-washing wooden lids and hand-rinsing gaskets to extend their life.

Can I get replacement lids? Yes — we sell replacement lids for our gallon and half-gallon wide-mouth jars in multiple colors and materials.

What size lid fits my jar? Our gallon and half-gallon wide-mouth jars use a 110mm (110-400) thread. Check the Jar Size Guide for details.

What's your return policy? Unused items can be returned within 30 days. Items damaged in transit are replaced free with photo confirmation — see The Kitchentoolz Promise.
