Cancellation policy

Kitchentoolz does not currently offer subscriptions, pre-orders, or other purchase options. Every order is a one-time purchase.

If we add subscriptions or pre-orders in the future, this policy will be updated with how to cancel them. Until then, if you need to cancel a regular order before it ships, email support@kitchentoolz.com as soon as possible with your order number. Orders that have already shipped follow our Return and Refund Policy.
