We offer free standard shipping on all US orders $20 and over. No promo code needed — it's applied automatically at checkout.

Order Processing Time

Most orders are processed and shipped within 0–2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Carriers

We ship via UPS for standard and expedited domestic orders. Some products may ship via Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF) for faster delivery. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Amazon Prime Shipping

Many of our products are also available on Amazon with Prime shipping. If you need faster delivery, you can find us at our Amazon storefront.

Made in USA

We're proud to offer a collection of Made in USA products, shipped directly from our facility in Lakewood, NJ.

International Shipping

We currently ship to the United States and Canada. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout. Please note that customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes.


Returns & Refunds

Our Return Policy

We want you to love your Kitchentoolz purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

  • Return window: 30 days from the date of delivery
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
  • Proof of purchase: Required for all returns

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at support@kitchentoolz.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We'll send you return instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable)
  3. Ship the item back using the provided label or your preferred carrier
  4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, etc.).

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll make it right with a replacement or full refund — no return shipping required.

Exchanges

We don't process direct exchanges. To get a different item, return the original and place a new order.
