It had a big crack in it
Really nice container. Not much else to say. The lid fits snugly but slides out without fighting.
It's the second jar that I've ordered from this manufacturer,. I highly recommend it because it has an excellent seal, is very sturdy and lovely to look at.

Solid, sturdy, and good quality. I bought two and they keep our cookies and our dogs cookies fresh longer than any jar prior tried. The clear glass looks great on any counter. Lid comes off and on with ease as supposed to. Now I want different sizes for other things.
